Addison America Reseller Contest – Official Rules

Eligibility

  • Contest open to all active Addison Care Master Care Partners (MCPs) in good standing.
  • Only Addison Care Suite activations qualify for contest eligibility.
  • Exception: ProHealth Smart Health Hubs ($99/month with bi-weekly TeleCare) also count toward contest totals.
  • Stand-alone offerings (Premier, other devices) do not qualify.

Quarterly Awards

  • Minimum of 10 active Addison orders (paid and current) required to qualify for quarterly awards.
  • Eligible participants may win:
    • Trips for Two (all expenses paid: air travel, hotel, dining, excursions, shows/events, and rental car if offered).
    • Recognition Features in Connected Care Today Magazine (photoshoot, cover or spotlight features).
  • Top three MCPs each quarter will earn an all-expenses-paid trip for two to exciting U.S. destinations (e.g., Napa, Key West, Cabo).
  • All air travel, dining, lodging, and sponsored excursions are covered. Alcohol is not included.

Annual Addison America Grand Destination Experience

  • Minimum of 50 active Addison orders (paid and current) required for eligibility.
  • Top 100–200 MCPs will be invited to a luxury Grand Destination event (e.g., Maui, Atlantis Bahamas).
  • All expenses paid includes roundtrip air travel, hotel accommodations, daily meals, company-hosted excursions (snorkeling, horseback riding, ATV tours, etc.), award ceremonies, exclusive dinners, and shuttle service to/from airport and events.
  • Rental cars optional and not included. Alcohol not covered.

Active Order Requirements

  • Addison accounts must be paid in full and current to count toward contest totals.
  • Orders must be activated and in good standing at the time of contest evaluation.

Recognition & Lifestyle Features

  • Quarterly and annual high achievers may be recognized in Connected Care Today Magazine.
  • Lifestyle spreads include professional photography, multi-page features, and personal copies for participants.

General Provisions

  • Contest periods and qualification thresholds may be adjusted at the company’s discretion.
  • Ties will be broken based on earliest order activation dates.
  • Participants must comply with all Electronic Caregiver sales policies, compliance requirements, and account management standards.
  • Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for fairness, compliance, or operational reasons.
