PocketMD is an option offered through Electronic Caregiver systems, where at the touch of a button, a customer can get connected 24/7 to a professional, qualified physician licensed in their state. A consultation can be made over the phone, from the comfort of home, and in many cases, a prescription can be called in. Electronic Caregiver customers love the convenience of pocketMD.
What happens when I call for help?
In the event of an emergency, pressing the button on your wrist pendant or system will connect you to 24/7 Emergency Services who will be able to work with dispatchers to send a response to your location.
What is the Caregiver App?
Our Caregiver App, RemoteCare 24/7, provides the chance for caregivers, whether a family member or a professional, the option to stay in the know for a user’s health plan. It will help the carer know if a medication reminder was missed or be able to track the location of the user with the Premier system.
